GripCueAI Terms
1. What This Means
GripCue uses artificial intelligence to generate quiz questions, summaries, and other learning aids from the content you upload. To do this, the content you upload is processed using artificial intelligence, which may be provided directly by us or by a third-party service. AI-generated quizzes and summaries can contain errors. Don't rely on them as professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
GripCue does not use your content to train our own AI models, and we require any third-party AI provider we use not to train their own models on it either. This is a core part of how GripCue works. If you don't agree to this, you won't be able to create a GripCue account.
Please don't upload sensitive information such as government identification numbers, financial account or payment card numbers, health or medical records, or privileged legal documents.
2. How to Stop This
There is no setting to turn AI processing on or off separately, since it's not a separable feature. The only way to stop it is to delete your account, which you can do at any time from within the app. Once your account is deleted, there is nothing left for GripCue to process.
Simply not using the app doesn't stop this. Your account and content would still exist and remain processable if you returned. Deleting your account is the only action that actually does.
3. Your Consent Is Recorded
When you provide consent, GripCue records that you agreed, along with the date and the version of this page you agreed to. This record is kept even after you delete your account, as proof that consent was given, consistent with the limited legal record-keeping exception described in our Privacy Policy's Data Retention and Deletion section.
4. Relationship to Our Other Policies
This page is a supplement to, not a replacement for, the Artificial Intelligence Processing section of our Privacy Policy and the AI-Generated Content section of our Terms of Service. Those documents describe our practices in more detail and general legal terms; this page is the plain-language version shown at the moment you agree.
If we materially change what happens with your content, such as a change in what it's used for, we'll ask for your agreement to this page again rather than relying on your earlier consent.
